- In the event of order cancellation, a refund will be provided in the form of a coupon code or into Indiansocialking wallet . This code can be used for future purchases of our services on the Indiansocialking website. Refunds in monetary form are not possible. Refund amount should be used within 30 days. After that we are not responsible for pending refunds
3. Traffic Control and Audience Engagement:
- Indiansocialking does not have direct control over the behavior of the audience gained through our services. All services are provided in an organic way, resulting in a real audience. The Client understands that the audience may act independently, and Indiansocialking is not responsible for their actions.
4. Changes in Services and Prices:
- Indiansocialking reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its services at any time without prior notice. Prices for services are also subject to change without any formal announcement.
5. Use of User Data:
- The Client agrees that their provided data, including but not limited to WhatsApp numbers and phone numbers, may be used by Indiansocialking for sending order details and promotional campaigns. The Company is committed to handling user data responsibly and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
6. Account Responsibility:
- The Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password. They agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under their account.
7. Termination of Services:
- Indiansocialking reserves the right to terminate services to any client at its discretion, for reasons including but not limited to violation of these terms and conditions.
